Finally, some of you might know that I practice and teach meditation online at Mindful Aware. Firstly, if you practice meditation, or are interested in meditation, this is a great way to keep your practice fresh. We sit for 30 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday, and the teachers rotate. Currenly, it is led by Jim Rosen, Matthew Bellows, Catherine Pilfrey, and myself. I teach every other Thursday. You can sign up to receive Zoom information at the website (scroll down).
