Jim’s third Solo in Isolation concert This Saturday, April 4, at 5pm EST

Jim Infantino playing live on YouTube from his sofa

So, first, I hope you are all well and healthy, both physically and mentally. This has been such a strange time for all of us. I'm amazed at the way we have managed to all get together and spread words of compassion and encouragement even while we are all so far apart.

I will be streaming on YouTube Live and if all goes well, on Facebook Live at the same time. I have some new software to manage it. I will also try to get myself on Instagram Live if I can do it through my phone. The angle and sound will be different. Please send your requests to me on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/jinfantino/ or on twitter: https://twitter.com/jiminfantino - I will try to get to as many as I can.

YouTube Link: https://youtu.be/TzEtQ-DVeoA - this is pre-scheduled.

GIG CANCELLATION: the May show in Providence - the 47underground house concert has been cancelled pending rescheulding. Check https://bigego.com or these emails for updates. Damn you to heck, virus!

As a writer, I'm working on book 2 of the Wakeful Wanderer series. I've also submitted a short story to an anthology of stories about pandemics which should be out around mid April. I'll let you know.

I'm healthy, my family is well. We are all just going a little wiggy which, I'm sure, is a common condition.

I like to think that my first novel, The Wakeful Wanderer's Guide to New New England & Beyond would be a worthy distraction during this time. Lots of changes are taking place now that might connect the reader to the world I created. I have enrolled in KDP Select at Amazon, so it's available for free to those with Kindle Unlimited. It is not available anywhere else for now until June 9, 2020 as per the contract. If you have read it, please take the time to write a review where you got it or on Amazon or GoodReads. The reviews really can make the difference for an indie author like myself.

Once again, I hope you are all safe and well. Here's to flattening the curve. Cheers.

best,

Jim Infantino April 2, 2020
